Salt Delivery

We carry 2 bags of premium salt (or potassium) directly to your brine tank.

Tank Loading

We load the salt into your brine tank and check that it's dissolving correctly.

We inspect the brine tank, resin tank, and overall system health.

What happens at each service visit?

Our technician arrives at your home, carries in 2 bags of premium salt pellets (or potassium if you prefer), loads them into your brine tank, and performs a system inspection โ€” checking salt levels, brine tank health, and resin condition. The whole visit typically takes 15โ€“20 minutes.

How are my service dates scheduled?

When you enroll, you pick your first service date. We then auto-schedule the remaining 3 visits spaced approximately 90 days apart, always on Saturdays. You'll receive reminders before each visit.

Can I switch between salt pellets and potassium?

Yes. You choose your preference at enrollment, and you can update it at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or calling (435) 236-2194.

What if I need to reschedule a visit?

No problem. Contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit and we'll work with you to find a new time.

Do I need to be home during the service visit?

Not necessarily. As long as we can access your brine tank (typically in a garage or utility room), we can complete the service without you present. Just let us know your preferred access instructions at enrollment.

What does the system inspection include?

We check your salt levels, inspect the brine tank for buildup or damage, verify the resin tank is functioning correctly, and note any concerns. If we spot something that needs attention, we'll let you know right away.
